Caring for the Sarare cory
Keep six or more Sarare corys in a tank of 16 gal (60 L) or larger. Give them fine sand with wood and a leaf patch, and keep the tank clean.

Sarare corys are peaceful and mix well with the Guapore region's other warm-water bottom fish. Patient keepers breed them along standard cory lines, and a warm water change followed by a cool one triggers spawning. Breeding them takes a moderate amount of effort.
