Each water test updates the latest reading for every parameter. The chart plots any one of them against the tank's target range.
TankBud checks the fish, shrimp, snails and plants in the tank against those readings. It names the ones a number falls outside and says which number.
A blackwater tank at pH 5.8, 2 dGH and 0 dKH gets three warnings under General freshwater and none under Blackwater. Profiles cover planted, blackwater, soft water, discus, rift lake, goldfish, shrimp, brackish and reef tanks.

Set a water change, filter cleaning or dosing reminder once and it repeats on your schedule. Overdue tasks stay at the top of the list until you check them off.

Each tank holds 30 photos. Add one a month and you can look back from bare hardscape to a grown-in scape.
Write down what you did.
The tank log takes trims, dosing changes, treatments and anything you noticed. Each entry carries its date and a type.
Know what is running.
Filters, heaters and lights sit on the tank's record with the date you installed them. Substrate, hardscape and decor are listed beside them.
Whatever water you keep.
The catalog groups its guides by water type, by family and by difficulty. A profile lists temperature, pH, adult size and minimum tank size. Tank mates, named varieties and shops that stock the fish appear where the catalog has them.
