Care labels for fish stores
Print a care label for every tank in your store. Each label carries the care facts and a QR code that opens the full care guide on a shopper's phone. The page a shopper scans names your store.
What you can print
- 3.5 × 2 in
- The small label is 3.5 × 2 in and fits a tag holder on the tank rim.
- 4 × 3 in
- The large label is 4 × 3 in and carries the full line of care facts.
- 5.5 × 8.5 in
- The care sheet is half a page and goes home in the bag with the fish.
- 5 × 7 in
- The counter sign is 5 × 7 in and tells shoppers to scan any label.

Common questions
Do the labels cost anything?
Store labels are part of TankBud Pro. The 30-day business trial includes them and needs no card. When the trial ends, the list you built still prints. After the trial, Pro is $19 a month for one person.
What paper do I need?
Plain Letter or A4 paper works, and each sheet prints with cut lines. On Letter you can also print on perforated label stock, 10-up 3.5 × 2 in cards or 6-up 4 × 3 in badges.
What does a shopper see after a scan?
The shopper sees the care guide for that fish or plant. Online retailers are left off the page, and your store is named in their place.
Can I put my store's name on the labels?
Yes. The name and logo in your business's Organization settings print on every piece.
Can I use my own names and prices?
Yes. Each label can carry your own name for a fish and a price line. The care sheet prints your name for it too, but never a price.
How many species can I print?
The catalog has 2,937 species and 527 plants, and every one has a label.
