TankBud for business

Invoicing that fits aquarium maintenance.

Most aquarium service payments are a Venmo transfer after the visit, not a card on file. TankBud invoices work the way the trade already does: peer-to-peer payment handles first, recurring schedules for standing service, and every invoice tied to the client and the tanks it covers.

Clients pay in the apps they already use

Your Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Zelle handles sit on every invoice, and the client's copy is a clean web page with the payment options and QR codes right there. No processor in the middle of a service payment, and no account for the client to create.

Recurring invoices for standing service

Set the schedule once for weekly, biweekly or monthly service and TankBud generates the invoice each cycle, emailing it to the client automatically when you tell it to. Pause and resume per client whenever an arrangement changes.

Invoices that know which tanks they cover

Every invoice links to the client and the tanks it covers, including several tanks on one invoice, and sits alongside their service reports. Six months from now you can still see what was billed against which system.

Records your accountant will accept

Payments land in a ledger, receipts go out with a PDF copy of the invoice, and exports come in three shapes: invoice summaries, line items, and payments. Online card and bank payments are optional when a client insists on a card.

Part of the whole service logbook

Invoicing is one piece of TankBud for business, next to client tanks with full water histories, service reports and per-tank maintenance reminders. See the full aquarium service software tour or the pricing breakdown.
